Excellent New Begin for ms NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK!

The Mülheim-based, medium-sized enterprise has been awarded a contract, valued at around 3.5 million Swiss francs, to supply 1,000 emergency call and info columns to the Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB, Swiss Federal Railway).

To win the contract, the company was able to assert itself against national and international competitors. The columns, equipped with IP technology, will be installed along the SBB railway network beginning in September 2004 over a period of 3 years.

NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK was thus able to again strengthen its market position in Switzerland. The company was awarded just 2 years ago the large-scale contract to equip the Gotthard and Seelisberg highway tunnels with an emergency call system and, as a result, was awarded additional follow-up tunnel projects in Switzerland.
